Training & Development

Post Insurance is committed to providing superior customer service to our customers. We are committed to providing a positive working environment and ensuring that there is ongoing staff development.

Induction

All new employees go through an intensive induction programme to assist them get to know the business, find their way around the organisation and understand where they, and their role, fits in the wider organisation.

Job-related training 

Training for specific tasks and acquiring skills and competencies is a continuous process. This is done through a combination of on-the-job experience, formal training courses (both internal and external) and involvement in project work.

Study support

Employees are encouraged to pursue further studies relevant to their career in financial services. Course and exam fees for recognised qualifications are paid for and study assistance is provided.

I have been working with Post Insurance since February 2009 and I can say I really enjoy working within the company. The company invest a lot of interest and dedication into their staff and encourage us at all levels to achieve a good working environment and help us with our professional growth. Our management team have an open door policy and are supportive of me in my role and encourage me to work hard to provide a good quality service to our customers and also to my colleagues in different departments and areas of the company. No day is the same in the company and there is a lot of variety to my role in the sales office. I have been with Post Insurance since Nov 2012 and find it a very energetic and positive organisation to work for. There is a great culture of team spirit and togetherness. I have been working in the company for almost 15 years and have found it a great company to work for. I have worked in many different areas of the company over the years and have gained extensive knowledge and experience and I get great job satisfaction by passing all my knowledge and experience onto employees and clients. I currently work in the customer service area and deal with many different challenges each day. On a daily basis I receive very positive feedback from our customers in relation to the great experience they have when dealing with myself and all the staff in the company and we often receive letters of compliments in the post. This makes my job so much easier and I try to maintain this excellent service all day, every day. As home and motor insurance is very detailed and broad, if the client goes off the phone understanding what I have taken the time to advise them, I feel I have done my job well. I have also achieved Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year in my time with the company and have received an award for Customer Service Contact Professional of the Year.

I am working for Post Insurance for over 9 years now and I have found it to be a nice place to work. I enjoy working here as the company offers great opportunities for growth and development while providing you with all the necessary training and support to achieve this. While working here I have had the opportunity to move departments within the company and because of this I have gained a vast knowledge in the insurance industry.
